Shipping Rates: Shipping is included on all orders with free express shipping on orders of 2+ jars.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods: We currently ship orders via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package's progress.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA and the UK.

International Shipping: If you're ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that your country may charge customs duties or import taxes when your order arrives. These fees (if any) are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the receiver.

U.S. orders - customs & tariffs: Duties & tariffs are prepaid in Australia (no extra fees on delivery to USA).

Unclaimed, lost, or damaged packages:
We want your Vitality Pills to reach you safely 💛 Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and keep an eye on your tracking updates. If your parcel is held at a local post office or customs depot, be sure to collect it promptly to avoid return.

If a package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll happily issue you a refund, minus the original shipping cost and any duties already paid by us.

In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. For international orders, we don’t automatically resend lost parcels - instead, we’ll issue a refund once Australia Post has confirmed and reimbursed us for the loss. This approach helps prevent further delays or repeat issues, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
