Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased through our website. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified in any way.
Lost International Packages:
In the rare event that an international package is lost in transit, we will issue a refund after we have been reimbursed by Australia Post. We do not automatically resend international orders, as the cause of the loss is often unknown and we wish to avoid a repeat occurrence. We appreciate your understanding.
Unclaimed Packages (International Orders):
If a parcel isn’t collected in time and is returned to us, we are still charged for the postage and duties. In this case, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping cost and any duties already paid by us, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and check tracking updates regularly. If your parcel is held at the post office, it’s important to collect it promptly to avoid return.
Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
